Fitness Kickboxing

Fitness Kickboxing is one of the best cardiovascular and resistance workouts ever while also teaching striking fundamentals without having to set foot in the ring. It is a full body workout that will assist any weight-loss goals you have. By building lean muscle you will raise your metabolism so it can burn more calories even while at rest.

Boxing / Kickboxing
Tue / Thu
Our boxing/kickboxing program offers exactly what you might expect. You will learn principles in either boxing or kickboxing depending on which discipline you're interested in. This will include footwork, striking, defense and eventually sparring when you get the skills. Sparring is optional, not a prerequisite.

Submission Wrestling
Monday
Submission Wrestling is an all level no gi class. Our instructor's background includes wrestling, judo, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. This class is an amalgam of the three. We also focus on self defense purposes that can be lost when just playing the game.

Mookwang Taekwondo
Mon / Wed (6:45–7:45 PM) + Wed Sparring (8–8:30 PM)
Taekwondo is a Korean martial art which is known for emphasizing devastating kicks. Grand Master Tae E. Lee has his grand master level in Taekwondo, Hapkido, and Chang Moo Kwan as well as having been a chief combat instructor in the South Korean military. Mookwang Taekwondo is his combination of the three styles. Tae E. Lee's Mookwang Taekwondo provides a complete system of self defense focusing on both mental and physical development.

Uechi Ryu Karate
Tue / Thu (6:45–8:00 PM)
Uechi Ryu karate is an Okinawan style of karate. In contrast to the more linear styles of karate, Uechi Ryu is heavily influenced by the circular movements of kung fu from the Fujian Province of Southern China. The style is based on the movements and principles of three animals; the tiger, the crane, and the dragon. Uechi Ryu karate specializes in close quarters fighting techniques for self defense. Through hard work and practice the practitioner learns to harmonize mind, body, and spirit.

Strength Circuit
Tue / Thu
Strength Circuit is a circuit workout that focuses on strength building exercises using modalities such as body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells, and cardio stations. The goal is to give a whole body workout that challenges whatever your current physical level. All levels welcome.

Kids Programs
Mon / Tue / Wed / Thu / Sat
We offer kids programs in Uechi Ryu Karate and Mookwang Taekwondo. The age range we accept for these classes is 5 to 12. Our kids classes focus on building confidence, coordination, discipline, and respect in a fun, supportive environment. Young martial artists learn age-appropriate techniques while developing important life skills.
